2. Not Medical Advice

All content on the Website, including product descriptions, articles, blogs, videos, FAQs, social media posts and any information given by our team over phone, chat, WhatsApp or email, is provided for general information and educational purposes only.

It is not intended to be, and must not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our customer support team does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medicines. Ayurvedic medicines act on the body and must be used responsibly. Before starting any product, please consult a registered medical practitioner or a qualified Ayurvedic physician (BAMS or equivalent, registered with the relevant State Board or the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine), particularly if you:

are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding;
are buying for a child, or for an elderly person;
have a chronic or serious condition such as diabetes, high or low blood pressure, heart, liver or kidney disease, thyroid disorder, or a bleeding disorder;
are taking any other medicine (allopathic, Ayurvedic, homoeopathic or other), including blood thinners, diabetes or blood pressure medicines, as some herbs may interact with them;
have a known allergy or sensitivity to any herb or ingredient; or
are scheduled for surgery or a medical procedure.

4. No Claims to Cure or Treat Diseases

In compliance with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under them, we do not claim that any of our products can diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any disease, disorder or condition listed in the Schedule to that Act, or that they have any magical or guaranteed effect.

Descriptions of traditional uses and benefits of herbs and formulations are based on authoritative Ayurvedic texts recognised under the First Schedule to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and on generally available literature. They describe how an ingredient has traditionally been used, not a promise of any specific result for you. Statements on the Website have not been evaluated as clinical claims by any regulator unless expressly stated.

If you see any statement on the Website or our social media that appears to make such a claim, please report it to us so that we can review and correct it.

5. Individual Results Vary

Ayurveda considers each person's constitution (prakriti), diet, lifestyle, age and health to be different. The effect of a product, the time it takes to show any benefit, and whether it suits you, will therefore vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Products work best alongside a balanced diet, adequate sleep, physical activity and advice from your practitioner.

Dissatisfaction with results is not a ground for return, as explained in Section 4 of our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Safe Use, Dosage and Precautions

Read the label and any leaflet before use. Follow the recommended dosage and directions on the label or as advised by your practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Some products contain ingredients listed in Schedule E(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 and carry the caution "To be taken under medical supervision". Use such products only under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.
Some classical Ayurvedic formulations contain herbo-mineral or metallic ingredients (such as bhasmas) prepared by traditional methods described in authoritative texts. These must be taken only in the prescribed dose and duration and under qualified supervision.
Do a patch test before using any product meant for external application, and avoid contact with eyes and broken skin unless the label says otherwise.
Keep all products out of the reach of children. Store as directed on the label, away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Do not use a product after its expiry date, or if the seal is broken or the product looks, smells or tastes unusual.

7. Side Effects and Adverse Reactions

Any product, including a natural or herbal one, can cause an unexpected reaction in some people. If you notice any side effect or adverse reaction (for example rash, itching, swelling, stomach upset, dizziness or breathing difficulty), stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor.

You may also report suspected adverse reactions to Ayurvedic medicines under the National Pharmacovigilance Programme for Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy Drugs of the Ministry of AYUSH. Any health information you share with us is treated as sensitive personal data, as described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
